A Breville panini press is just one of the many kitchen items that can, over the long term, save you money. Admittedly at the time of purchase there is an outlay that must be covered. However when you compare buying your own sandwich maker against going to a local sandwich shop to purchase a panini, it becomes clear that there is a potential saving to be made. For example assuming that a Breville panini press for the home costs about $100 and that going to a panini shop will cost you $10 each time, then it only takes ten trips to the store to reach the same total figure of $100. Obviously when you make your own sandwiches you have to cover the costs of the ingredients too. But even if this costs you $5 per sandwich, by the time you have made fifteen sandwiches you will have broken even. Therefore if you plan on eating numerous hot toasted sandwiches then you really can save a lot of money by choosing to make them yourself. The example figures above were just to illustrate my point. Now-a-days though you can actually find the cheapest Breville panini press for well under $100 at places like Amazon.

They can be used to supplement other heating systems, for example, central heating. Or they can be used instead of other space heaters like electrical halogen lamps or gas powered convection heaters.

An oil filled radiator would be perfect for heating my apartment in Japan. The houses and apartments here are built with earth quakes and the summer in mind so during winter months it often feels freezing cold.
