Today more and more people are involved in drugs and this is causing both social and health problems. There are reasons for specific substances to be banned, it could be either because they are too harmful to your health, or that it has been shown that people get addicted to them and start showing behaviour that is intolerated in the civilized society. Legal highs are a more modern form of mind altering drugs and there is a lot of debate around them since they have not been shown to be safe because most of them have not been studied.
